What is your VG/PG(Vegetable Glycerin/Propylene Glycol) ratio?

All of our Lost Art flavors are a 60/40 blend of VG/PG.

The Slotter Pop line is 70VG/30PG.

The Max VG line is 85VG/20PG.

Strawberry Strike is 80VG/20PG.

What grade of PG/VG/nicotine/flavorings do you use?

What shipping service do you use and what is the shipping cost?

We use USPS Priority mail for online orders from LostArtLiquids.com, and FedEx or DHL for wholesale and international orders.

We offer free USPS priority shipping(in the United States)) for retail orders with a subtotal over $75 on LOSTARTLIQUIDS.COM. 

When do you ship?

We ship Monday-Friday and orders are picked up daily at 3pm. Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours-48 hours after an order is ACCEPTED and payment is CAPTURED. While we strive to get orders out the same day they are accepted and payment is captured (excluding weekends and holidays), same day shipping is not guaranteed.

Please email support@lostartliquids.com if you placed an online order and have not received tracking after 2 full business days(Holidays and weekends excluded) after your order has been accepted.

Where is my tracking?

If you are not automatically sent a tracking number within 24-48 hours, please email us at support@lostartliquids.com with your name and order number and we will email you your tracking number.

Why is my tracking not working?

USPS picks up order from our facility daily(excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, some packages do not get scanned initially as they would if we dropped off the packages at the front of the post office. Don't worry, your package will be scanned when it gets to the sorting center nearest you. That means it is almost to your doorstep!

Do any of your flavors contain Diacetyl or Acetyl Propionyl?

No, please see our "About Us" page for laboratory test results.

Can I use my points and a discount code at the same time? Can I combine my points or a discount code with my subscription?

No, unfortunately coupon codes, reward points, and subscription orders cannot be combined. Only one discount can be used per order. 

Do you ship internationally? Who pays Customs and Duties?

To most countries, yes. Please email us at support@lostartliquids.com if you are unable to order. 

The customer is responsible for paying the duties and taxes on the shipment. If they are not paid, and the item is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item, minus the cost of shipping.

Are your liquids made in a cleanroom?

What is your return policy?

All Sales are Final on E-Liquids unless we ship the incorrect flavor, incorrect size, or incorrect nicotine level. We require pictures of the incorrect bottle in order to issue a replacement. We will send a prepaid return label to you, in order to ship the incorrect item back to us. If we do not receive the incorrect item back within 30 days, we will assume you kept the product and may charge you accordingly.

For hardware, which are Mods, Atomizers, Tanks, etc...., If the product is D.O.A., we will be more than happy to replace. Otherwise, all hardware issues must be dealt with the manufacturer.   Manufacturers have Warranties and will be responsible for replacement of the malfunctioning hardware.
